By accessing or using the services of Shamol Experience, you acknowledge that you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, you are not authorized to use our services.
2. Event Services
Shamol Experience offers event planning and management services. We reserve the right to alter, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time and without prior notice.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate and complete information regarding their event requirements. Shamol Experience will not be held responsible for any issues resulting from inaccurate or incomplete details provided by the client.
4. Fees and Payments
Clients agree to pay all applicable fees for the services rendered by Shamol Experience. Payment terms will be specified in the individual agreement for each event. Failure to make payments on time may lead to additional charges or the cancellation of services.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation policies will be detailed in the agreement for each event. Refunds, if applicable, are at the discretion of Shamol Experience and will also be outlined in the agreement. Cancellation fees may apply based on the timing and nature of the cancellation.
6. Limitation of Liability
Shamol Experience is not responsible for any losses, damages, injuries, or expenses incurred by clients or event attendees. It is the client’s responsibility to secure appropriate insurance coverage for their event.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property, including but not limited to event concepts, designs, and related materials created by Shamol Experience, remains the exclusive property of Shamol unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
8. Confidentiality
Shamol Experience respects client confidentiality and will not disclose any sensitive information to third parties without the client’s explicit written consent.
9. Force Majeure
Shamol Experience is not liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, terrorism, or government-imposed restrictions.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Nigeria, and any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.
11. Amendments to Terms
Shamol Experience reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is the client’s responsibility to periodically review these terms for any changes.
